The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a traffic accident with injuries that occurred on Gray Hwy at Boulevard. It was reported that 64yr old Lee Walter Malone of Macon was crossing Gray Hwy when he stepped in front of a Ford Mustang driven by 37yr old Christopher Wheeler of Milledgeville who was traveling south on Gray Hwy. Malone was taken to the Navicent Health Medical Center to be treated for his injuries and is listed in critical condition. No one else was injured in the accident.
