Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Macon man for Burglary on September 11, 2019, just before 2:00 p.m. at his residence, located at 1000 Alama Drive. On September sixth and tenth, a black male entered Windsor Academy at 4150 Jones Road, and removed electronic and sports equipment from the school.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigators along with Patrol deputies were able to identify the suspect who was captured on video in the school. The suspect was identified as 22-year-old Kareem Vontez Zellner. 

When deputies searched Zellner’s residence they located some of the stolen items and were able to take Zellner into custody without incident.

Zellner was first taken to the Bibb Sheriff’s Investigations office for questioning and then taken to the Bibb County jail. He was charged with two counts of Commercial Burglary, and is being held without bond at this time.
