Bibb County Sheriff’s investigators located and arrested homicide suspect, 57-year-old Anthony Cyril Green at a residence in south Macon on Sunday morning. Green was taken into custody at around 9:30 a.m., without incident.

Green was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. He is currently being held without bond, in connection to the Murder of Notorious Montreal Williams.

This investigation is ongoing. Additional charges pending further investigation.

Homicide on Azalea Drive

The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Homicide incident that was reported to have occurred at a residence in the 4300 block of Azalea Drive at 01:01 a.m.

Witnesses stated that there was a party at 4368 Azalea Drive when there was an altercation between multiple subjects. During the incident multiple people pulled out firearms and started shooting. Three people were struck during the shooting, a 7-year-old juvenile female, a 30-year-old male and a 31-year-old male.

The 7-year-old was taken to Navicent Health Medical Center and is listed in stable condition at this time. The 31-year-old male, Notorious Montreal Williams, was pronounced deceased on scene and the 30-year-old, Davius Dewayne Johnson, was taken to Navicent Health Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. No one else was injured during the incident. There is no information on the suspect at this time.
