Bibb County Sheriff Office Investigations received the results of 51-year-old Randall Head’s autopsy.
According to Coroner Leon Jones the autopsy confirmed the cause of death is a stab wound to the neck. This incident is now being investigated as a homicide by the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office.
