The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide incident that occurred at 10:03 p.m. at 1958 Clinton Road, Pine Ridge Apartments.
It was reported that 24-year-old Malik Tajhae Young, of Macon, was exiting a vehicle in the parking lot when an unknown subject began shooting. Young was struck multiple times. When deputies arrived Young was unresponsive. He was pronounced deceased on the scene by the Bibb County Coroner’s Office staff.
No one else was injured during the incident. The next of has been notified by the Coroner’s Office.There is no information on the suspect at this time.
