The Walker family contacted the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and stated that Mellow Deland Walker was found safe and that she had checked herself into the Grady Memorial hospital, located in Atlanta, Georgia.

 Asking for Public’s Assistance in Locating Missing Person

Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in helping locate a person that has been missing since Monday, March 5, 2018. It was reported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office that 43 year old Mellow Deland Walker was last seen at her residence, located at 2840 Houston Avenue. It was also reported that Walker has been known to leave her home for several days, but she usually returns within a couple of days. According to the family, Walker suffers from bi-polar and schizophrenic depression. She has been off of her medication for several weeks and could possibly be a danger to herself or to others.

Walker has been known to frequent the Houston Avenue and downtown Macon areas.

Mellow Walker is described as a black female. She is around five foot, eight inches in height and she also has brown hair. She weighs approximately 160 lbs.
