Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested 19-year-old Emmanuel Dominique Smart.
Smart met with investigators at the Bibb County Criminal Investigations Office and turned himself over to deputies. Smart was interviewed regarding the murder of 49-year-old Romero Gonzalez that occurred on November 22, 2020.
Smart was later transported to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Murder and Armed robbery. He is being held without bond at this time.
