The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal traffic accident that occurred on Forsyth Rd near the Tucker Rd. intersection, just before 12:30am Friday morning.

It was reported that a white Chevy Classic which appeared to be disabled was in the south bound right lane of Forsyth Rd just before Tucker Rd. It was being pushed down the road when it was struck by an Acura TL, driven by 42yr old Heather Harris of Macon. It was reported that 23yr old black male of Macon, along with 22yr old Tupach Brown of Macon and 48yr old Clint Brian Nettles of Lizella were pushing the Chevy Classic at the time it was struck in the rear.

The 23yr old male was between the vehicles when the accident happened and sustained fatal injuries, he was prounced deceased on scene by the Coroner’s Office. Nettles was transported to the Navicent Health Medical Center and is listed in stable condition. No one else was injured in the accident. There are no charges at this time. Next of Kin has not been notified yet.
