The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred in the 6000 block of Thomaston Road, Hunters Run Apartments.
The incident took place at 7:18 p.m.It was reported that a 26-year-old male victim was fatally shot during an altercation. The details surrounding the incident are under investigation.The male was pronounced dead on scene by the Coroner’s Office. The victim’s name will be released once the next of kin has been notified.A person of interest has been taken into custody.
