The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a death that occurred near the intersection of Ibex Street and Chappell Street. The incident was called into the Macon-Bibb 911 Center at 9:53p.m.
Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a person that was shot. The male victim, 28-year-old Ormonda Cortez Clark was fatally wounded at the scene. According to Deputy Coroner Miley, the next of kin has been notified.
The circumstances behind the incident are under investigation. This incident is in the early stages of the investigation.
