The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial robbery that took place at the ‘Small Cakes”, cupcake store, located at 5437 Bowman Road.
It was reported that a male and female entered the store, earlier in the evening and purchased some cupcakes. The couple left the store and sat in a car, in the parking lot.
At around 6:08 p.m., the male entered the store a second time, alone, with a cupcake box. He purchase more cupcakes and then demanded money from the register, as the clerk was cashing out his purchase. After receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, he left the scene. Witnesses stated that they did not see a weapon during this incident. No one was injured during this incident.
Witnesses stated that the suspect got into an older model, 2 door vehicle. The vehicle was dark in color.
The male suspect was a white male, he was wearing a black in color, “Adidas” brand hat. He was also wearing a black and white shirt.
