The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place at the Flash Foods, located at 3889 Vineville Avenue at around 8:54a.m, Sunday. It was reported that a masked male entered the store with his hand under his shirt, possibly concealing a firearm. The suspect demanded money from the cashier. Once he received an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled towards Forest Hill Road. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect was described as a black male. He was approximately 5 feet 11inches in height and weighed around 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a navy blue wool ski hat, a blue facial covering with a white design and he had on black gloves. The suspect also had on a navy blue short sleeved shirt ( with pockets), black sweat pants, and converse shoes.
