The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating two commercial armed robberies that took place between 10:45 a.m. and 11:08 a.m. located at 4996 Bloomfield Road Dollar General and 3567 Houston Avenue Family Dollar.
It was reported that two males entered the store brandishing firearms. They demanded money from the clerk. The suspects got an undisclosed amount of money at both locations and fled on foot before deputies arrived. No one was injured during the incidents.
The suspects were described as five foot eight inches tall and slender, wearing all black with their faces covered. The incidents appear to be related due to the suspect descriptions matching.
