The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place just after 11:00a.m., this morning, at the Dollar General, located at 3407 Napier Avenue.
The suspect was reported to have entered the store as he brandished a handgun. He demanded money from the store’s cash registers. Once the suspect received and undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the store, running towards Hillcrest Avenue. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect was described as a tall male with a slim build. The suspect was last seen wearing gray hooded sweatshirt, red hat, and he had also had on an orange face covering.
