The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial robbery that took place at the Waffle House, located at 4731 Chambers Road. The incident took place at around 11:30p.m. Thursday night.
It was reported that a male suspect entered the restaurant, brandishing a gun. He demanded money from the cash register. Once he received an undisclosed amount of cash, he ran out of the restaurant. He was last seen running through the field, towards Harrison Road. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect is described as a white male with a slender build. He was last seen wearing a gray in color hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and he had on a black mask covering his nose and mouth.
