The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of a commercial armed robbery that took place at the Access Loan Company, located at 3311 Pio Nono Avenue. The incident occurred at around 4:44p.m., Tuesday.
It was reported that a male entered the business, with a facial covering. The suspect brandished a gun and demanded money from the business. Once the suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash, he fled the business, last seen running towards Newberg Avenue. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect is described as a black male. He was last seen wearing khaki colored pants, he also had on a green “traffic vest” type of vest. The suspect used a towel to cover his face. No further description is available at the time.
