The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Commercial Armed Robbery that occurred at the Flash Foods, located at 4314 Pionono Avenue, in south Macon. This incident took place at around 2:06 a.m. Friday morning.
According to witnesses, an armed suspect entered the store and demanded money from the register. Once the suspect received an undisclosed amount of cash and then scene in an unknown direction. No one was injured during this incident.
The suspect is described as a black male. He was last seen wearing dark gray clothes. He had blue bandana covering his face and he was also wearing gloves. The suspect was carrying a silver handgun.
