The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Armed Robbery of the Waffle House Restaurant, at 4731 Chambers Rd. The incident occurred just before 05:00am Friday morning. It was reported that three black male suspects entered the store and demanded money from the clerk. The suspects were brandishing handguns. After taking an undisclosed amount of money, they fled on foot, behind the building towards Harrison Rd. No one was injured in the incident.
The suspects were described as wearing dark clothes with hoodies and their faces covered.
