The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Shooting incident that was reported to have occurred in 2800 block of Walmar Dr just before midnight Saturday. It was reported that 36yr old Tecovelin Starling and 24yr old Emmanuel Stroud Jr, both from Macon, were walking on Walmar Dr when and unknown suspect started shooting. Starling was struck in the left leg and Stroud was struck in the abdomen and left side of his head. Both Starling and Stroud were taken to the Navicent Hospital Starling is listed in stable condition at this time and Stroud is listed in Critical condition. No one else was injured in the incident. No information is available on the suspect at this time.
