The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Shooting incident that was reported to have occurred at 5908 Leone Drive West, just after 1:00 p.m… It was reported that 61-year-old Albert Leroy Blash and his wife 48-year-old Tomeko Hughes Thompson-Blash, of Macon, got into an argument at their home. It was reported that during the argument it became physical and Tomeko shot Albert one time in the chest. Albert Blash was taken to Navicent Health Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased by staff.
Tomeko was taken to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Investigations office for questioning.
