Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 3401 Houston Ave; Pendleton Homes just before 1:00pm in reference to a person shot. When deputies arrived they made contact with a 16 year-old male, who had a gunshot wound to the hand. Deputies were also advised there was a second victim who had walked towards West. Grenada Terr. The second victim also identified as a 16 year-old male was located near the L building where it was discovered he had been shot in the lower back. Both juveniles stated to investigators one of the two was playing with a gun and it went off striking them both.
