Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies responded to Mogul Road near Jeffersonville Road in reference to a report of a person shot just before 12:20 p.m. When deputies arrived they found the victim, an older black male outside in the backyard with multiple gunshot wounds.
It was reported that the victim walked outside and several gunshots were heard.
There is no information available at this time on the description of the suspect. The victim was transported to a local hospital by ambulance where he is being treated for his injuries. The victim name will be released once family is contacted.
