The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide that occurred at 466 Ibex St, just after 1:00a.m. Sunday morning. It was reported that there was a party at the residence on Ibex St. During the party an argument started and an unknown person pulled a firearm. Multiple shots were fired. During the incident three people were shot. The victims were taken to the Navicent Health to be treated. 21yr old Monterrius Malik Dugger was struck twice in the chest. Dugger was pronounced deceased by Navicent Health Medical Center peroneal. Next of kin has been notified. 25yr old Ramone Dawann Smith was struck in the right knee. 27yr old Jessica Monique Fullwood was struck in the left foot. Both Smith and Fullwood are listed in stable condition at this time. The suspect had already fled the scene before Deputies arrived. No one else was injured during the incident.
