The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide that occurred on Briarcliff Road at Boulevard just before 10:00 p.m. on Monday night, May 6, 2019.
Deputies responded to a report of shots fired in the area. Upon arrival deputies found a black male lying in the driver seat of a Toyota Corolla with a gunshot to the head. The victim was identified as 18-year-old Keshawn Maurice Jackson, of Macon. Jackson was pronounced deceased on scene. The next of kin has been notified.
The suspect had already fled the scene before Deputies arrived. No one else was injured during the incident. There is no suspect information at this time.
