Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators, with the assistance of the Gang Unit and Special Investigations Unit make an arrest this morning on the homicide of 23 year old Jibri Bryan.
Jarvis Clinton Miller is charged with felony murder. According to the warrant signed for Miller’s arrest, he shot Bryan, who was sitting in the Monte Carlo, causing his death. Miller fled the scene on foot after shooting Bryan. Miller was wearing clothing matching the description given by witnesses who saw him carrying a handgun from the scene. Miller was located on Orange Street, near the scene, after the shooting by a Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputy.
The investigation continues as investigators are still following up on information about the incident.
