On Sunday evening just after 6:00 p.m. Bibb Sheriff’s Deputies received information from a deputy with the US Marshals Southeastern Regional Fugitive Task Force that a wanted fugitive from Savannah Georgia was in the Macon area. It was reported that the subject, 30 year old Randolph Dominique was wanted for escape from Savannah-Chatham County.

Information given on his whereabouts Sunday evening was that he was possibly at the Panera Bread Company located at 181 Tom Hill Sr. Boulevard. Bibb Sheriff’s Deputies received a photograph and information on Frazier before going to Panera Bread. When deputies arrived at the restaurant, they entered looking for Frazier. The subject was spotted sitting at a table near the rear of the business. Deputies acted quickly taking Frazier into custody without incident. No one was injured during the arrest of Frazier.

Randolph Frazier Jr. was transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center and a hold was placed on him for Savannah Metro Police Department, McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office and Twiggs County Sheriff’s Office.
