Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are asking for the Public’s Assistance in helping locate a subject for questioning in reference to the Armed Robbery of the Family Dollar, located at 160 Emery Highway on March 9, 2019.

A photograph of 19-year-old De’Kese Raquine Blash is attached to this release. Anyone with information on whereabouts of Blash is asked to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office. Blash is wanted for questioning in reference to the March 9th Commercial Armed Robbery of the Family Dollar.

Alan Vontora Madison, age 22 was arrested on April 18, 2019, by Carrolton Police Department for Armed Robbery and other charges. Madison is being held in the Carroll County Jail at this time. He will be transferred to the Bibb County Jail after the charges in Carrolton have been taken care of.

On April 26, 2019, Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies were able to take 23-year-old Warren Jumal Williams into custody without incident just after 12:30am at a residence off Leaf Drive. He was taken to the Bibb County Jail and is being held without bond at this time for the charge of Armed Robbery.

Commercial Armed Robbery Suspects Arrested

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Property Investigators were able to identify the suspects involved in the armed robbery of the Family Dollar at 160 Emery Highway on March 9, 2019. Investigators issued Armed Robbery warrants for 23-year-old Warren Jumal Williams and 22-year-old Alan Vontora Madison, both of Macon.

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Deputies were able to take Williams into custody without incident just after 12:30am at a residence off Leaf Drive. He was taken to the Bibb County Jail and is being held without bond at this time for the charge of Armed Robbery.

The second suspect was identified as 22-year-old Alan Vontora Madison, of Macon. Madison was arrested on April 18, 2019, by Carrolton Police Department for Armed Robbery and other charges. Madison is being held in the Carroll County Jail at this time. He will be transferred to the Bibb County Jail after the charges in Carrolton have been taken care of.

Commercial Armed Robbery in east Macon

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a commercial armed robbery that took place at the Family Dollar store, located at 160 Emery Highway. The incident occurred shortly after 8:00a.m. Saturday morning.

It was reported that two black male suspects, with facial coverings, entered the store. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and they demanded money from the store. Once the suspects received an undisclosed amount of cash, they fled the store. The suspects were last seen running towards the direction of Second Street. No one was injured during this incident.

The first suspect was last seen wearing white hat and a black hooded jacket. He was also wearing black exercise type pants with white stripes running down the side of each leg. This suspect was seen brandishing a black handgun. This suspect was possibly wearing black and white “Air Force One” shoes.

The second suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black exercise type pants. This suspect was seen carrying a black “fanny pack”, over his shoulder. This suspect was also possibly wearing black and white “Air Force One” shoes.
