The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in helping identify a person of interest in a burglary investigation. Bibb Sheriff’s patrol deputies responded to a report of a burglary that took place at O’Quinn Heating and Air, located at 3800 Broadway. The incident took place at around 3:00a.m. Monday morning.
It was reported that a suspect pried his way through the front door. Once the suspect entered the business, he began to rummage through the drawers and cabinets. Once the alarm was activated, the suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction. Nothing was taken according to the business owner.
The suspect is described as a black male weighing around 240lbs/250lbs and he was around 5’9/5’10 in height. The suspect was last seen wearing gloves and a light colored shirt with small writing on the front.
