On Wednesday, February 24, 2021, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Gang Unit and the Bibb Sheriff’s Office Drug Unit executed a search warrant of an apartment at the Grey Parc Apartments, located at 2275 Gray Highway.

At the conclusion of the search warrant, investigators seized one pound of marijuana, and two handguns. Both handguns were checked through NCIC and were found to have been reported stolen. One of the handguns was stolen from Texas, the other was stolen in Bibb County. The suspects arrested were 22-year-old Brandon Pat’Shion Mitchell, his brother 26-year-old Dausha Verlyntae Mitchell, and 23-year-old Tadarrius DeShawn Antwan Berrian.

Brandon Mitchell was taken into custody for the charges of Purchase, Possession, Manufacture, Distribution, or Sale of Marijuana, two counts of Possession of Firearm During the Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies and two counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property(stolen firearms). Brandon Mitchell is currently being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, without bond.

Dausha Mitchell was taken into custody for the charges of Purchase, Possession, Manufacture, Distribution, or Sale of Marijuana, two counts of Possession of Firearm During the Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies and two counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property(stolen firearms). Dausha Mitchell also had several outstanding warrants, unrelated to this investigation, for the charges of five counts of Financial Identity Fraud, five counts of Theft by Deception-Felony, three counts of Deposit Account Fraud-Felony, and a Probation Violation. Dausha Mitchell is currently being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, without bond.

Tadarrius DeShawn Antwan Berrianwas taken into custody for the charges of Purchase, Possession, Manufacture, Distribution, or Sale of Marijuana, two counts of Possession of Firearm During the Commission of or Attempt to Commit Certain Felonies and two counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property(stolen firearms). Berrian is currently being held at the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center, without bond.
