Bibb County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies make an arrest in commercial burglary that occurred just after 12:00 A.M.   The incident location was the Macon Flea Market located at 3640 Eisenhower Parkway.

It was reported that deputies responded to a call of someone trying to make entry into the business. When deputies arrived they noticed a white male running from the rear entrance of the business Alexandria Ballroom located at 3670 Eisenhower Parkway. A second white male appeared at the exit and also ran. The first suspect was detained after a brief foot chase. The second suspect was detained after being found in a vehicle parked behind Taco Bell.  It was discovered that the suspects made entry into the Alexandria Ballroom and begin to cut through the wall into the Macon Flea Market.

The first suspect detained was identified as Don Winsor Re, 47 years old, of Macon. Winsor was charged with 1 count of second degree burglary, Conspiracy to commit a felony, Criminal damage to property, Possession of tools for commission of a crime and Criminal attempt to commit a felony.  The second suspect detained in the vehicle was identified as Thomas Joshua Williamson, 28 years old, of Byron. Williamson was charged with Criminal attempt to commit a felony, Conspiracy to commit a felony and 1 count of second degree burglary. Winsor and Williamson were transported to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Complex.
