The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office investigators arrested 62-year-old Ernestine Rolin of Macon.
It was reported that after further investigation, investigators were able to obtain a vehicle description of the suspect’s vehicle. Investigators then issued a look out for the suspect and the vehicle. Patrol deputies located the vehicle on Williamson Road and initiated a traffic stop, around 5:00 p.m. Friday evening.
At that time Rolin was detained and transported to investigations to be interviewed. During the interview it was determined that Rolin had committed both incidents. The shotgun and currency was recovered at Rolin’s home. Rolin was transported to the Bibb Law Enforcement Center and booked on charges of Armed Robbery and Attempt to commit robbery.She is being held without bond.
