Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators along with the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, make an arrest during the investigation of the June 2, 2018 armed robbery, that occurred at Circle K, located at 2580 Riverside Drive. Investigators responded to 4949 Harrison Road, Value Place Inn after a Crimestoppers tip. India JaQuary Whitson, 36 years old, of Macon, was arrested for armed robbery and murder.
It was discovered during the investigation that Whitson drove 39 year old Shamir Deangelo Terry to the Circle K and provided him with a firearm which he used in this incident.
