Bibb County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 28 year old Cordeiro Clinkscale in reference to an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred at 4991 Harrison Road, American’s Best Inn just before 2:30p.m. Sunday. It was reported that Clinkscale was arguing with 35 year old Samuel Sessions about a stolen vehicle that Sessions had given Clinkscale to drive. It was reported that Clinkscale struck Sessions in the face with his fist causing Sessions to fall and hit his head on the concrete. It was reported that a second individual 49 year old Orlando Wedlowe struck Sessions in the face after he fell and was unconscious. Clinkscale was taken into custody without incident at American’s Best Inn. It was reported that Wedlowe fed the American’s Best Inn before deputies arrived. No one else was injured in the incident.
Sessions was taken to the Navicent Health Medical Center and is listed in critical condition at this time. Clinkscale is being charged with aggravate assault. Clinkscale is presently held in the Bibb County LEC. Bond was denied by a Magistrate Judge.
Warrants have been issued for Wedlowe for aggravated assault.
