The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of an armed robbery that took place just after 03:00P.M on Saturday evening, at the Highland Cleaners located at 691 North Ave. It was reported that a black male entered the store brandishing a handgun demanding money. The clerk opened the register and the suspect took the money out of it. The suspect then fled on foot out of the store. No one was injured during the incident. There is no further information on the suspect.
