On May 30, 2019, just after 2:00 p.m. Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Deputies were able to take 25-year-old Jaqavius Javon Holloway, of Macon, into custody without incident.

Deputies tracked Holloway to an apartment in Davis Homes. He was being assisted in hiding from deputies by two females who were also taken into custody. Deputies also located a rifle that was believed to have been used during the assault.

Holloway was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Aggravated Assault. He is being held without bond at this time. Holloway also had a Violation of Probation warrant.   

21-year-old Teresa Dashea Ann Willis, of Macon, was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Hindering Apprehension of Criminal and Possession of Schedule 1 Controlled Substance. She was released on an $11,400.00 bond on May 30, 2019.

39-year-old Tawanda Tamieka Willis, of Macon, was taken to the Bibb County Jail and charged with Hindering Apprehension of Criminal. She was released on a $2,950.00 bond on May 30, 2019.

Assistance Locating Aggravated Assault Suspect in West Macon 

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of an aggravated assault that took place just after 1:00 P.M., at the corner of Hightower Road and Pio Nono Avenue. It was reported that an argument started at a residence on Marlies Circle between two males over a female. It was stated that 25 year-old Jaqavius Javon Holloway and 26 year-old Rashod Donta Milner were arguing when Holloway left the residence in his vehicle. Milner got into his vehicle and began to follow Holloway.

When Holloway turned onto Hightower Road, off Pio Nono Avenue he exited his vehicle and fired multiple shots, from a rifle at Milner’s vehicle. Milner backed his Ford Mustang up onto the curb in front of Checkers fast food. A warrant for Aggravated Assault has been issued for Holloway. If anyone comes in contact with Holloway please notify the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office. A photo of Holloway is attached to the release.
