The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an aggravated assault that took place at the Manchester at Wesleyan Apartments, located at 1665 Wesleyan Drive. The incident was called into the Macon-Bibb 911 Center at around 11:00 a.m., Tuesday morning.
It was reported that a female and a male were shot at building 100. The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation. Additional information will be released as soon as it becomes available.
The male and female were both transported to the hospital by ambulance and are both listed to be in stable condition.
The names of the victims will not be released at this time.
