The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that was reported to have occurred near the intersection of Pansy Avenue and Iris Street at 8:08 p.m.

Deputies responded to the area of Pansy Avenue and Iris Street regarding a person shot. It was reported that the victims were driven to the Navicent Health Medical Center. It was reported that two males were shot while standing on Pansy Avenue. A 25-year-old male, of Macon, was struck once in the left leg and a second 25-year-old male, of Macon, was struck multiple times in the torso. The 25-year-old-male that was struck in the leg was treated and released by the Med Center staff.

The male that was struck in the torso is listed in critical, but stable condition at this time. No one else was injured during the incident. There is no information on the suspect currently.
