The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an assault incident that was reported to have occurred at a residence in the 4300 block of Mikado Avenue at 11:45 p.m. on July 31, 2020.
Witnesses stated that there was party at the residence. During the party an unknown subject started shooting. During the incident a 28-year-old male, from Macon, was struck in the head. The victim was transported to the Navicent Health Medical Center and is listed in critical condition at this time. No one else was injured during the incident.
There is no information on the suspect at this time.
