The Bibb Sheriff’s Office is investigating an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred at the intersection of Boulevard and Briarcliff Road just before 9:55p.m. Thursday night. According to statements 38year old Antonio Lawrence of Macon was walking down Boulevard when a Gray in color Chrysler 200 pulled up next to him and fired several shots. Lawrence was struck once in his left side. He was taken to a local hospital by a third party and is listed in stable condition at this time. No one else was injured in the incident. More information will be released as it becomes available.
